Under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019), Nutrambit Co., Ltd. informs you of what data it collects, for what purpose, and for how long it is retained.

What the company collects
- Buying at the machine
- No registration and no personal details are required to buy. The system records the transaction itself: product, price, time, machine, order code and dispense status, for accounting, refunds and stock control.
- Online orders
- When you order through LINE Shop, TikTok or Facebook, that platform holds your name, delivery address, phone number and order history under its own policy. The company receives only what is needed to ship, passes it to the shipping partner for delivery only, and retains it for no longer than 5 years, as required by law.
- Payment
- PromptPay payments are processed by a payment-gateway provider. The company never sees or stores your bank account or card details. What the company receives from the provider is a transaction reference, the amount and the time of payment.
- Refunds
- When you request a refund, the company asks for your name, bank account number and a contact channel, in order to transfer the refund and keep proof of the transfer as required by accounting law.
- LINE campaign
- If you add the company's LINE Official Account to receive a redemption code, the company stores your LINE user ID to issue one code per account and to send it via LINE only. Unfollowing stops all messages.
- Machine telemetry
- Machines send their status, temperature, stock levels and error logs to our central system. None of this contains personal data.
- This website
- This website uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. Your language and theme choice are stored in your own browser only.
Retention period
The company retains transaction records and related data (purchases, payments, refunds) for no longer than 5 years, as required by law. LINE user IDs are kept until you unfollow or the campaign ends. Machine operating logs contain no personal data.
Disclosure
The company discloses data only as necessary to the payment-gateway provider (to process payments), to the shipping partner (name, address and phone number for online orders only) and to Tha Chang, the venue hosting the machines (non-identifying sales data only). The company does not sell or rent personal data to anyone.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal data. Contact [email protected] or 062-345-3274; the company responds within 30 days.
